Jack White freely admits that the Flat Duo Jets were a great influence and perhaps even provided the blueprint for The White Stripes. Albeit without the red, white and black color scheme or the hokey brother and sister story.
Hailing from North Carolina, Dexter Romweber currently fronts the Dex Romweber Duo with his older sister Sara Romweber. Note the little White Stripes jab at the beginning of the video below.
